Hallucinations, incorrect answers, and bias usually happen because prompts are too general or lack clear instructions. To improve responses, be specific about what you need and provide examples, references, documents, and links when possible to refine your request.

To find inspiration on how to use AI, explore use cases in your industry, experiment with different tools, and ask yourself what specific manual tasks AI could help you automate to save time and resources.
