Background:

The World Bank hired us to enhance their ability to train their staff to represent their interests and priorities effectively in both the US and the European Union. The aim was to equip their team with advanced advocacy strategies and stakeholder engagement techniques.

Workshop format:

We organized a high-level workshop in Washington DC, tailored to the unique needs of the World Bank. The workshop included:
