AI Isn't Needed Everywhere: Focus on the Right Areas

No items found.

A big problem with AI: assuming it needs to be used in every part of a business.

It's simply not true.

The first step to using AI should be to assess which part of the business needs improvement.

After which we should think about how to deploy it.

Not the other way around.

The key is to identify gaps in your workload.

Areas where your team can clearly see inefficiencies.

For example, maybe you're spending too much time doing tasks manually.

Like doing research, copying and pasting data or analysing documents.

So ask yourself:

Am I wasting time on tasks AI can perform faster and more accurately?

If the answer is yes, it's time to look at how AI can help.

You can even lay out your work process to ChatGPT and ask:

"I'm looking to optimize my work processes and increase my productivity using AI. Could you help me identify specific ways where AI tools could streamline tasks, automate repetitive work, enhance decision-making, or otherwise improve efficiency in my daily workflow? Please be specific and suggest practical examples or recommendations tailored to my needs."

See what output you get and adjust your work process accordingly.
